We have an important announcement to make.

Westflex Industrial is restructuring its business operations. From this date forward, all hose, gasket, and coupling products will be handled by a new company division called Western Hose & Gasket Co. All products you currently buy will be handled by this new division. Since Western Hose & Gasket Co. will operate as a division of Westflex Industrial, no changes on your part are required. We will retain the same Federal Tax ID and California Resale numbers. Purchase Orders and invoices may be sent and paid exactly as before. Any active contracts, quotes or agreements will also be unaffected by this change. The complete new legal name is:
